WIRE-WRAPPING CIRCULAR ARTISAN BROWN GEMSTONE PENDANT TUTORIAL
Step 1 of 15
Prepare all items listed in the Material and Tools section on your work table (fig. 1a, 1b).
Firstly, we form the circular main frame of the pendant by wrapping a 10-gauge brown copper wire around a wooden bracelet mandrel (fig. 1c, 1d).
Note: If you do not own a bracelet mandrel, you can use a round shape glass bottle as an alternative.
Mark the circular wire ending with a pen or marker pen then cut off the excess wire (fig. 1e, 1f, 1g).
Smoothen the trimmed wire ends with a flat diamond needle files (fig. 1h, 1i, 1j).

Secondly, hammer the main frame and flatten it out (fig. 2a, 2b).
Make sure the pendant’s main frame still maintain its circular shape and size (fig. 2c).
Tidy up the main frame by trimming off excess wire and sanding down the sharp ends (fig. 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g, 2h).
