WIRE-WRAPPING WHIMSICAL WOVEN TWO TREE HANDMADE PENDANT TUTORIAL
Step 1 of 15
Ready all items from the Material and Tools list (fig. 1a).
Let’s form the pendant main wire frame using a 16-gauge copper wire (fig. 1b).
Bend your thick wire into a U-shape (fig. 1c).
Then, loop it and mark the midpoint with a chain nose pliers (fig. 1d).
Form a V-shape wire frame and place an oval labradorite stone in the frame (fig. 1e, 1f).
Finish framing the front of the stone by wrapping the remaining 16-gauge copper wire around it (fig. 1g, 1h, 1i).
Step 2 of 15
Next, let’s form the wire bail for your pendant.
Mark the extra 16-gauge copper wires and bend them into straight lines using a chain nose pliers (fig. 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e).
Then, use a stepped bail-making pliers to curl the straight wires into a narrow U-shape (fig. 2f, 2g, 2h).
Squeeze the end of the wire bail to complete its design (fig. 2i, 2j).
