Step 4 of 10
Next, let’s weave the pendant bail base wires using a 26-gauge copper wire (fig. 4a, 4b).
Face the front of your pendant and weave the left bail in the following combo:
- 1 medium coil over the bottom and middle base wires (fig. 4c).
- 1 small coil on the middle base wire (fig. 4d).
- 1 big coil over the top, middle and bottom base wires (fig. 4e).
- 1 small coil on the middle base wire (fig. 4f).
- Then, finish with 3 small coils on the bottom base wire (fig. 4g, 4h).
The first weave combo set is complete.

Step 5 of 10
Continue weaving until you cover the top and bottom of the left tooth root (fig. 5a, 5b).
Then, slip in one golden spacer bead onto the loose 26-gauge copper weaving wire at the top (fig. 5c, 5d, 5e).
Link the golden bead to the right bail wires and proceed weaving from the top to the bottom of the right tooth root (fig. 5f, 5g, 5h, 5i, 5j).
Step 6 of 10
Take a new 26-gauge copper wire and weave a divider line on the pendant bail (fig. 6a).
On the right bail:
- Make one small coil on the right base wire, and one small coil on the middle base wire (fig. 6b).
- Then, make one medium coil over the right and middle base wires, and one small coil on the left base wire (fig. 6c).
- Lastly, make one medium coil over the left and middle base wires (fig. 6d).
Pull the remaining 26-gauge copper wire to the left bail and do the reverse weaving pattern (fig. 6e).
Trim off the excess copper wire with a wire cutter (fig. 6f, 6g).
