Step 8 of 15
Continue on, let’s secure the crystal onto your 16-gauge wire bail.
Pull the extra 26-gauge silver copper weaving wire from the right bail frame (fig. 8a).
Slip the wire through the crystal hole (fig. 8b, 8c, 8d).

Step 9 of 15
Let’s finish up the pendant bail design.
Fold the extra 20-gauge copper wire to the back as shown (fig. 9b).
Then, coil the 20-gauge raindrop crystal frame with a new 26-gauge silver copper wire (fig. 9a, 9c, 9d, 9e).
Complete the 16-gauge wire bail woven design with the following patterns:
- Zigzag pattern on the wide part (fig. 9f, 9g).
- Alternating coil pattern on the narrow part (fig. 9h).
Step 10 of 15
Sixthly, let’s design the back stone holder frame.
Wrap the remaining 20-gauge copper wires to the left and right of the stone using a chain nose pliers (fig. 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d).
Repeat the process for the 16-gauge copper wires as well (fig. 10e, 10f, 10g).
Then, let the curved 20-gauge copper wires be underneath the 16-gauge copper wires as shown (fig. 10h, 10i).
Step 11 of 15
Next, let’s design the side frames of the stone holder.
Make straight lines at the bottom of your labradorite stone with the remaining 16-gauge copper wires (fig. 11a, 11b).
Then, bend an elongated spiral along the sides of your stone:
- Right frame (fig. 11c,11f, 11g).
- Left frame (fig. 11d, 11e).
Lastly, curl the wire ends in a small circle and trim off the excess wires (fig. 11h, 11i, 11j).
