Step 5 of 11
Moving on, add a secondary wing frame layer using a 22 gauge silver copper wire (fig. 5a).
Start with two coils, trace the right wing shape, and then finish with coils at the wing end (fig. 5b, 5c, 5d).
After that, wrap a loose coil pattern along the tail frame (fig. 5e, 5f, 5g).

Step 6 of 11
Moving on, weave the dragonfly neck using a 26 gauge silver coil wire (fig. 6a):
- Start with 3 clockwise coils on the top right neck frame (fig. 6b).
- Then, pull the wire to the opposite frame and make 3 anti-clockwise coils (fig. 6c, 6d).
- Repeat process downwards until you reach the wing frame (fig. 6e, 6f).
After that, add mirrored creative details on both the wing frames with a new 26 gauge silver copper wire (fig. 6g, 6h, 6i, 6j).
Step 7 of 11
Now, place a clear Preciosa crystal drop upside down on your wire dragonfly body (fig. 7a, 7b, 7c).
Attach the crystal onto the bottom wing frame using a 26 gauge silver copper wire, and pull the remaining wire upwards (fig. 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g, 7h).
Use the right loose wire to secure the crystal with beautiful swirly wire wrapping (fig. 7i).
Then, use the other loose wire to add a wire spiral pattern onto the tail (fig. 7j).
