Step 4 of 17
Now let’s add curly designs to your pendant main frame.
On the right loose 12-gauge wire, make a loop with your stepped bail-making pliers (fig. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d).
Then, trim off the excess wire with a wire cutter (fig. 4e, 4f).

Flatten your curly wire using a flat round face hammer on a base metal plate (fig. 4g, 4h, 4i).
Lastly, refine the shape of your curly design with a wire cutter and triangle diamond needle files (fig. 4j, 4k, 4l, 4m).
Found a gap in your curly design? You can use nylon jaw pliers to adjust its closing.
Step 5 of 17
Repeat the same curly design process on the other left loose 12-gauge wire (fig. 5a).
First, make a subtle wave pattern on the straight wire (fig. 5b).
Then, make a loop with a stepped bail-making pliers and trim off the excess wire (fig. 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f).
Flatten the curly wire with a flat round head hammer and base metal plate (fig. 5g, 5h, 5i).
And then refine its shape with a wire cutter and a triangle diamond needle files (fig. 5j, 5k, 5l, 5m).
Lastly, adjust the desired shape of your curly design with a nylon jaw pliers (fig. 5n, 5o).
Your pendant main frame is complete.
