Step 8 of 11
Hammer the entire wire rope extension on a base metal plate (fig. 8a, 8b).
Then, continue the spiral pattern from the first wire rope to create a larger rose bloom (fig. 8c, 8d).
Once you achieve the desired rose bloom size, make a S-wrap onto the bail with the remaining 22-gauge copper wires (fig. 8e, 8f, 8g, 8h).

Step 9 of 11
Now, let’s form the wire leaves for your rose pendant.
Make a V-shape on the right side of your pendant using the loose 22-gauge copper wires (fig. 9a, 9b).
Then, bend two wire leaf frames:
- Top leaf frame (fig. 9c).
- Bottom leaf frame (fig. 9d, 9e).
Use a wire cutter to trim off the excess wires (fig. 9f, 9g).
Step 10 of 11
Let’s weave the wire leaf frame empty spaces using a 32-gauge copper wire (fig. 10a).
The weaving combo for the top leaf frame is as follow:
- Make a loop on the middle leaf wire, and make 3 coils on the bottom leaf border (fig. 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e).
- Then, make a loop on the middle leaf wire, and make 3 coils on the upper leaf border (fig. 10f, 10g, 10h).
- Repeat the combo until your have covered the entire wire frame space (fig. 10i).
Trim the excess 32-gauge copper wire with a wire cutter (fig. 10j, 10k, 10l).
Do the same weaving combo for the bottom leaf frame (fig. 10m, 10n, 10o).
