WIRE-WRAPPING SILVER WOVEN GREEN AVENTURINE PENDANT TUTORIAL
Step 1 of 10
Ready all items from the Materials and Tool list (fig. 1a).
Cut two long strings of 20-gauge silver copper wire and two long strings of 18-gauge silver copper wire (fig. 1b).
Line the wire strings into a wire strip and tape them (fig. 1c).
Then, draw a diamond frame template with a circle in the middle on a piece of paper as shown (fig. 1d).
Line the 18-gauge silver copper wire along one side of the pendant frame template (fig. 1e).
After that, trace and bend the wire strip along the template (fig. 1f, 1g).
Step 2 of 10
Next, use a chain nose pliers to twist the extra wire strip at the top inwards with the 20-gauge silver copper wires touching at the center (fig. 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d).
Curl the new wide wire strip into the pendant bail using a stepped bail-making pliers with the largest diameter (fig. 2e, 2f, 2g, 2h, 2i).
Step 3 of 10
Leave two 20-gauge bail wires at the center, while bending the to the side (fig. 3a).
Then, take a new 22-gauge silver copper wire and coil the center bail wires from the front to the back (fig. 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g).
