WIRE-WRAPPING ROUND HEALING CRYSTAL STONE BEAD RING TUTORIAL
Step 1 of 8
Ready all items in the Materials and Tool list (fig. 1a).
Cut a string of 20-gauge copper wire and loosely bend it in half (fig. 1b, 1c).
Then, slip in a small round bead and let it rest at the midpoint of your wire (fig. 1d, 1e).
Step 2 of 8
Fix the bead position by cross-wrapping the 20-gauge copper wire on one side of the bead (fig. 2a, 2b, 2c).
Then, wrap the remaining 20-gauge copper wire onto a wooden ring mandrel (fig. 2d).
Step 3 of 8
Next, let’s form the band for your bead ring.
Make two wraps around the wooden ring mandrel with the 20-gauge copper wire:
- First wrap (fig. 3a, 3b, 3c).
- Second wrap (fig. 3d, 3e).
Then, pull the remaining wires at a diagonal angle as follow:
- Bend the bottom left loose wire diagonally to the top right direction (fig. 3f, 3g).
- Bend the top left loose wire diagonally to the bottom left direction (fig. 3h, 3i).
