Step 5 of 14
Lastly, finish off your pendant bail design by trimming the excess 12-gauge copper wires with a big wire cutter (fig. 5a, 5b).
Make sure that the trimmed wire meets the coiled bail neck to form a complete circle (fig. 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f).

Step 6 of 14
Trim the length of your curled 12-gauge wire ends until you have the desired circular bail shape as shown (fig. 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e, 6f).
Step 7 of 14
Next, let’s create the tree of life design over your stone pendant.
Prepare 8 long strings of 22-gauge copper wires (fig. 7a).
Coil the midpoint of the 22-gauge copper wire strings onto the bottom of your 12-gauge wire frame (fig. 7b, 7c, 7d).
Then, twist the 22-gauge copper wire strings in a bundle to form a tree trunk on the front of your stone (fig. 7e, 7f, 7g, 7h).
Step 8 of 14
Moving on, let’s design the tree branches.
Twist 4 strings from the 22-gauge wire bundle to form a tree branch.
And then, make two smaller twist and split the wires into tree twigs as shown (fig. 8a, 8b, 8c).
Then, wrap the tree branch around the tree trunk (fig. 8d, 8e, 8f, 8g).
