- Stepped Bail-Making Pliers

WIRE-WRAPPING WOVEN LOOP RED RUBY SHARK TOOTH PENDANT TUTORIAL
Step 1 of 9
Ready all items from the Material and Tools list (fig. 1a).
Cut 2 strings of 18-gauge copper wire that are 10 inches in length (fig. 1b).
Then, tape the midpoint of both wires at the back side of your shark tooth (fig. 1c, 1d, 1e).
Step 2 of 9
Next, use a stepped bail-making pliers to curl a bail at the top of your shark tooth (fig. 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d).
On the front side, squeeze the bail neck with a round nose pliers (fig. 2e, 2f, 2g).
Step 3 of 9
Split the 18-gauge copper wires at the front side of your pendant (fig. 3a, 3b.
Then, wrap a loop on both sides of your shark tooth root:
- Left root wire loop design (fig. 3c, 3d, 3e).
- Right root wire loop design (fig. 3f, 3g, 3h).
Take note that the wrapping ends at the back side of your shark tooth.
