Step 8 of 11
Next, pull the remaining 20-gauge copper wire to back and form a wire prong on the top right corner of your cabochon front (fig. 8a, 8b, 8c).
Make a small spiral flower with extra wire at the cabochon back side (fig. 8d).
Then, take a 32-gauge copper wire and coil the back wire design in place (fig. 8e, 8f, 8g).

Step 9 of 11
Moving on, let’s form the wire bail for your pendant (fig. 9a).
Use a 26-gauge copper wire to weave the remaining 20-gauge copper wire from the wire stalk (fig. 9b, 9c):
- Firstly, make one small coil on the right wire and one big coil over both wires.
- Then, make one small on the left wire and one big coil over both wires.
Repeat the weaving process until you have about 1 inch in length (fig. 9d, 9e, 9f).
After that, curl the bail to the front using a round nose pliers (fig. 9g, 9h).
Step 10 of 11
Add beautiful swirly designs with the extra 20-gauge copper wires from the bail:
- Swirly design on the bail using the right loose wire (fig. 10a, 10b).
- Swirly design on the back of the pendant using the left loose wire (fig. 10c, 10d, 10e).
After that, secure the back swirly design onto the wire rose flower frame with a 32-gauge copper wire (fig. 10f, 10g).
