Curl the trimmed wire ends with a chain nose pliers to prevent surface scratching (fig. 4a, 4b, 4c).

Then, use a flat needle files to smoothen the adjustable ring ends (fig. 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g).

File off any rough bumps or irregular wire shapes found on your ring (fig. 5a, 5b, 5c).

Then, polish the ring surface with a finest steel wire wool (fig. 5d).

Lastly, slip your ring onto the ring mandrel to adjust its roundness (fig. 5e, 5f, 5g, 5h).
