Now, we will make a spiral design for the stone guard.
First, wrap the outer layer around the back of your stone (fig. 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e, 8f).
Then, continue wrapping towards the inner layer until you reach the center of your stone (fig. 8g, 8h, 8i).

Step 9 of 9
Trim off the excess wires using a wire cutter (fig. 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d).
Then, use a chain nose pliers to adjust the shape of your spiral stone guard (fig. 9e).
This is how the front, back and side of your pendant should look (fig. 9f, 9g, 9h).
Finally, polish the surface of your pendant with a finest steel wire wool (fig. 9i).
