WIRE-WRAPPING BASIC SILVER SWIRL GLASS TEARDROP BEAD PENDANT TUTORIAL
Step 1 of 5
Prepare all items listed in the Materials and Tool list (fig. 1a).
Take a 22-gauge silver copper wire and attach a teardrop bead at the wire end (fig. 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f).
Step 2 of 5
Next, form a small wire bail by looping the 22-gauge silver copper wire around a round nose pliers (fig. 2a, 2b, 2c).
Then, wrap the remaining wire around the top of your teardrop bead until you cover the drilled hole (fig. 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g).
Step 3 of 5
Moving on, add an elegant detail on the front of your pendant with a simple wire swirl.
Wrap the remaining 22-gauge silver copper wire along the side of your teardrop bead (fig. 3a).
Then, use a round nose pliers to form a loop at the bottom right of your pendant (fig. 3b, 3c).
Once you got the shape of your swirl, trim off the excess wire with a wire cutter (fig. 3d, 3e, 3f).
Checkpoint: This is how the simple silver swirl should look on your pendant front (fig. 3g).
