Take some silver spacer beads and slip it onto the center straight wire until it touches the inner bottom torso frame (fig. 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d).
Then, anchor the straight wire with a single wrap at the connecting point of the penguin torso and leg frames (fig. 12e, 12f, 12g).

Continue on, take a 20-gauge silver copper wire to add a vest onto the penguin pendant (fig. 13a).
Anchor the 20-gauge silver copper wire at the top right wing (fig. 13b, 13c).
Then, trim off the extra coiling wire with a wire cutter (fig. 13d, 13e, 13f).

After that, make a loose coiling along the right frame with the 20-gauge silver copper wire (fig. 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d).
Then, anchor the end of the coiling wire with a simple wrap onto the bottom pendant frame (fig. 14e, 14f, 14g).
Repeat the coiling process on the opposite frame (fig. 14h).
