For a long time, jewelry for men was limited to simple items like watches, rings, and chains, but now men are looking for something different.
I’ve seen a lot of designs lately that combine wire wrapping with earthy materials, like stones and leather, which really appeals to men who want to wear something that feels rugged and authentic.
Wire-Wrapped Jewelry for Men
Here are a few designs that I believe would appeal to men.
- Bull Design Labradorite Necklace
I think this Bull Labradorite Necklace by Artarina works so well for men because it has this strong, rugged feel to it.
What I appreciate most is how the design doesn’t try to be too flashy, yet it still feels bold and unique.
There’s something about the mix of the rough wire and the smooth, glowing labradorite that makes it feel very natural.
I also like how it carries a bit of symbolism — the bull represents strength, and I think this piece really reflects that.
2. Deer Pendant
The Deer Pendant by GemSeekerStudio is a beautiful piece that really catches the eye.
I love how the design captures the elegance and grace of the deer (I thought it was another bull design at my first sight).
The deer symbolizes gentleness, balance, and the ability to move through life with calm and purpose.
The horn of this Deer Pendant is one of the standout features. The way it’s wire-wrapped gives it a unique, detailed look.
It is also more unique with the stone used as the face of the deer.
3. Wire Bracelet
A wire bracelet design for men usually looks strong and stylish.
Making It Easy with Liz created this unisex design wire bracelet that I feel is both modern and timeless.
I really like how the design works for both men and women, with a flexible style that can match any outfit.
Watch videos on how to make wrapped loops, link them together, and use Liver of Sulfur (LOS) for patina.
The project uses 18 gauge bare copper wire, but other wire types like colored craft wire or sterling silver can be used.
For men, 16 or 14 gauge wire is recommended.
4. Renegade Ring
This Renegade Ring design by Kelly from “The Siren and The Pirate” really stands out to me.
The ring is simple but still has a tough feel, with clean lines and maybe some texture or small details.
I think it’s a great choice for any guy who wants a ring that’s stylish but still masculine.
This tutorial shows how to make a chunky ring designed for men, though it’s unisex.
It’s a bit longer because it includes steps for adding patina and polishing.
The materials needed are: three 7-inch pieces of 16 gauge wire, one 3-foot piece of 24 gauge wire, and for a smaller ring, 20 gauge base wires and 28 gauge wire.
Enjoy the process!
5. Wire Wrapped Sword
This Wire Wrapped Sword design for men is a really cool and unique piece.
The sword itself is usually made with a strong wire, and the wrapping adds detail to the handle and blade, giving it a rugged, almost ancient look.
I like that it’s not just about looking cool, but the wire wrapping also makes it feel like a handcrafted, meaningful item.
Perfect for someone who enjoys standing out and wants something different from regular jewelry.
6. Cabochon Ring
The Wire Wrapped Cabochon Ring by Ellie’s Handcrafted Jewelry is a cool and unique piece of jewelry.
It has a smooth, rounded gemstone wrapped with slightly thicker wire.
The wire keeps the stone in place and gives the ring a bold look. You can choose different stones, like onyx or turquoise, to match your style.
It’s a great ring for men who want something different and stylish with a natural stone.
