Last year, I introduced my first collection of handcrafted Christmas ornaments and they were a hit!
For Christmas 2019, I wanted to spruce up my ornaments a bit so I decided to add a little wire-wrapping to my design from last year.
The result is absolutely FABULOUS
I use 12 gauge wire for the frame which is shaped into a heart and then slightly hammered with a ball peen hammer.

Once the frame is formed, I use 18 gauge wire to wrap up the side of the heart, with swirls & twirls.
All of the wire that I use is recycled electrical wire that I get at the local salvage yard. ♻️
Each piece is antiqued, tumbled and polished for a shiny finish.
A small metal plate is attached to the middle of the frame. Each plate is hand-stamped, one letter at a time.
Here’s a short little video which showcases some of the ornaments that are available in my Etsy shop.
I’ve also included some pics below the video.
